Our pool area invites you to unwind gently in pleasantly warm water. Enjoy deep relaxation in the bubbling whirlpool and experience refreshing feel-good moments in the outdoor pool under the open sky – surrounded by the idyllic nature of the Altmühl Valley.
Sauna world
A variety of saunas and deep relaxation.
Whether intense, mild or deeply relaxing – you will find exactly the temperature and break that suit you: the Kelo log cabin sauna offers classic heat at 90 °C, while the juniper and forest saunas warm you through a little more gently at 80 °C. If you prefer it milder, relax in the Hirsch sauna (70 °C, can also be used as a textile sauna) or, easy on the circulation, in the bio sauna at 60 °C. The range is rounded off by targeted deep warmth in the infrared cabin and the salt brine grotto, which noticeably helps clear the airways.
Steam baths & hamam
Gentle warmth that simply feels good.
The Moorish steam bath and the blossom and herbal steam bath offer a gentler form of heat. Thanks to the higher humidity, time spent here feels quite different from a classic sauna.
Additional bookable treatments take place in the hamam. It is best to arrange appointments directly with the wellness team before your arrival.

Every moment of relaxation feels different. That is why you will find exactly the place that suits you right now: enveloping warmth and gentle silence on the water beds, cosy corners for reading and dreaming, or a comfortable spot for carefree conversation in the chat lounge. In the pool lounge, juices and Grander water are available for you. Tea is served at the drinks station in the sauna area – and on sunny days, the lawn right by the outdoor pool invites you outside.
