Enjoyment just the way you like it: depending on the services you have booked, the generous breakfast, the coffee, cake and snack buffet and half board are already included in your stay. For our à la carte guests from outside the hotel and for hotel guests without half board, we kindly ask you to reserve a table so that we can prepare everything perfectly for your visit.

A hearty country breakfast for a perfect start
Our country breakfast combines regional variety and fresh ingredients to suit every taste. Look forward to crusty bread, fresh rolls and fine pastries, complemented by a selection of cold meats, ham and cheese. Sweet treats such as homemade jams, regional honey, yoghurt, Bircher muesli and various kinds of muesli are available too, along with fresh fruit.
At the egg station we freshly prepare your egg dishes and bacon. Changing hot dishes such as Bavarian white sausages, Nuremberg sausages and pancakes, a juicer for fresh carrot and apple juices and a wide selection of coffees, teas and soft drinks complete the offering. In our vegan corner you will find various drinks, yoghurts, vegan cheeses and cold cuts as well as spreads.

During the day, our restaurant offers a varied à la carte selection that goes well beyond a light bite. Our kitchen combines true classics with the best seasonal ingredients. Locals, hikers and hotel guests alike enjoy fresh, down-to-earth dishes here in a relaxed atmosphere.
Afternoon treats
Afternoon buffet with cakes and savoury snacks.
In the afternoon, a fine selection of savoury snacks awaits you, along with a varied buffet of cakes, gateaux and pastries or ice cream. To go with it, there are soft drinks from the juice bar as well as coffee specialities and tea.
For guests with our gourmet package, the afternoon buffet is already included. If you are staying with us without the gourmet package or visiting as a day guest, you can simply choose your cakes and savoury snacks à la carte, just as you like.

Round off your day with a varied dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. To always offer you maximum freshness and quality, we keep our offering flexible: depending on the number of guests, you can enjoy our varied cold and hot house buffet or a selected 4-course menu with a choice of dishes.
Our buffet offers a wide range of cold starters or soup and our crisp salad buffet. For the main course, you can choose between meat dishes, fine fish and tasty vegetarian alternatives – always accompanied by vegetables and matching side dishes. Tempting desserts such as delicate mousses, creams, a warm dessert or ice cream and a selected cheese board provide the perfect finishing touch.
