Enquiry, confirmation, cancellation and spa bag
Full-day and half-day day spa packages can be requested at short notice: for today and the next 3 calendar days. The after-work day spa can be requested every day from today onwards. Please request the Long Sauna Night at least 72 hours before the date.
Please note that submitting the form is initially only an enquiry. We will be happy to check our capacity on your preferred day and then confirm your appointment in writing. Your day spa visit is only bindingly reserved once you have received this confirmation.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge a cancellation fee.
On request, you can borrow a spa bag with a bathrobe and two towels for 12.50 €. For each additional towel, we charge a rental fee of 3.50 €.
