Features include a single bed measuring 90×200 cm or 120×200 cm, shower, WC, TV, desk, seating, Wi-Fi, safe and designer vinyl flooring.

Allergy sufferers
We are happy to try to accommodate your individual dietary requirements. Please be sure to inform us of any intolerances before your arrival. As we cannot cater for every form of allergy or strict diet in our operations, we will agree together in advance what is possible from a culinary point of view.

All prices are per night and room, incl. 7 % VAT on accommodation and 19 % VAT on drinks, food and use of the spa area. The prices do not apply during trade fair, event and congress periods. Questions & answers
What you should know before your stay.
From what time can I check in and when do I have to check out?
On the day of arrival, your room is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30. For departures after 11:00, we charge a late check-out fee of €10.00 per hour, subject to prior arrangement and availability. With an overnight stay, use of the spa area from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:30 on the day of departure is included. For a surcharge, you can use the spa area all day on the day of arrival and departure when staying overnight.
Is my room cleaned every day?
With us, every guest decides for themselves whether they would like their room cleaned during their stay or prefer their privacy. Simply let reception know – for one day or for several days at once. We invest the proceeds from every room cleaning not carried out in reforesting our woodlands.
Are dogs allowed at the hotel?
Quiet dogs are welcome at the hotel by prior arrangement. Pets are not permitted in the wellness, swimming pool and seminar areas. The fee is €20.00 per day, excluding food. For pets that have not been registered and confirmed in writing, we charge an additional one-off cleaning fee of €150.00.
Is parking available?
We have 100 free parking spaces. We will be happy to reserve a garage space for you at 15.00 euros per night.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Yes. Two modern Type 2 charging stations, each with 11 kW, are available around the clock directly at the hotel car park. The charging stations are open to the public. Charging is not billed via the hotel but directly with the respective charging provider, for example via app, charging card or ad hoc payment.
Are extra beds available?
Extra beds are available in the Junior Suite Superior, Junior Suite Deluxe and Deluxe Suite, including breakfast and admission to the spa area: up to 2 years 15.00 euros, from 3 years 55.00 euros. Children in their parents' bed or in a cot: up to 2 years 15.00 euros.

40 or 70 m² in the apartment house.
Around 300 metres from the hotel, two apartments with a kitchen area are available. Breakfast, the spa area and final cleaning are included in the price.
