At Hotel Dirsch, you will learn alongside experienced chefs how to prepare fresh ingredients, plate dishes, rescue sauces and delight guests with great food. Our restaurant offers both à la carte and buffet dining, giving you a broad insight into the many facets of the restaurant trade.
