Located in the heart of the Altmühl Valley Nature Park, Hotel Dirsch – with 95 rooms and suites, 19 meeting rooms, a 1,800 m² spa area, restaurants and a bar – offers a varied apprenticeship with plenty of insights into everyday hotel life.

- Handling check-in and check-out professionally
- Advising guests by phone and in person
- Fulfilling guest requests in a friendly, solution-oriented way
- Insights into housekeeping, service, reception and organisation
- Learning how a hotel really works day to day
- Working in a team that sticks together
