This includes a clean, well-organised workstation, professional plating, helping to create menus and complying with our hygiene regulations. This position is currently filled but remains visible as an insight into this area.

- Preparing dishes at your station for à la carte and buffet
- Plating dishes and platters
- Helping to create menus
- Complying with hygiene measures
- Looking after guests at the buffet, e.g. advising on allergens
- Ordering food supplies
