More than just a job
As assistant housekeeping manager (m/f/d), you support and deputise for our executive housekeeper in administrative and operational tasks. You uphold our cleaning standards in the guest rooms, public areas, meeting rooms and spa area, always with an eye for detail.
You coordinate closely with reception and the maintenance team, look after stock levels, orders and stocktaking, and help with the induction and training of our housekeeping team.

- Supporting and deputising for the executive housekeeper
- Quality control of guest rooms and public areas
- Checking and preparing VIP rooms and shared responsibility for the hotel decoration
- Handling individual guest requests and managing lost property
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering goods and stocktaking
- Coordinating room management with reception and reporting technical faults
- Induction, training and support of the housekeeping crew as well as new employees and apprentices
What you bring
- Ideally, completed vocational training in the hotel industry, housekeeping or a comparable field
- Solid professional experience in housekeeping or a similar management position
- Very good German language skills
- Confident knowledge of common cleaning and hygiene standards
