Enquiry, confirmation, cancellation and spa bag
Day Spa enquiries must be submitted at least 72 hours before the requested date.
Please note that submitting the form is initially only an enquiry. We will be happy to check our capacity on your preferred day and then confirm your appointment in writing. Your day spa visit is only bindingly reserved once you have received this confirmation.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge a cancellation fee.
On request, you can borrow a spa bag with a bathrobe and two towels for 12.50 €. For each additional towel, we charge a rental fee of 3.50 €.
