As sous chef, you support and deputise for the head chef, play an active part in day-to-day kitchen work and take responsibility for quality, organisation and team leadership.

- Supporting and deputising for the head chef
- Shared responsibility for organising and coordinating kitchen operations
- Helping to plan menus
- Quality control of dishes
- Guiding and motivating the kitchen team
- Compliance with HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
